Masks are OPTIONAL and will be respected by everyone. Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of any illness.

Athletes enter through the field house located near the football field.

Please arrive for check-in 10 minutes before your session starts.

Please wear athletic clothing and shoes. Kneepads are highly recommended.

Don't forget a water bottle. There are refillable stations inside the gym.
